This uncovered deck area (approximately 3m x 13 m) is utilised as an outdoor classroom for student instruction and also for other methods of cooking eg. BBQ area, pizza & wood fire ovens.
The covered dining area (approximately 18m x 5m) provides enough area for dining tables and chairs for 36 participants as well ample area for the kitchen preparation area.
The kitchen layout design includes 4 kitchen workstations inside the railway carriage and 1 larger kitchen preparation area on the outside dining deck. The area of the outside dining deck (which is approximately 18m x 5m) allows ample dining area for 36 people and an extensive kitchen preparation area.
